Summer is almost over and most of us were not able to enjoy it this year due to the pandemic. Some of us are probably at home, eating unhealthy food, enjoying the longest vacation we’ve ever had. But, we all know that it’s still not too late, right? And that’s probably the reason why you’re here.

 

Wait no more because today we will learn the 4 summer recipes to keep fit!

 

 

 

 

1. Let’s start with Healthy Summer Breakfast

Make your breakfast more exciting with Smoked Salmon Breakfast Frittata recipe! Smoked Salmon Breakfast Frittata is composed of Smoked salmon + dill and spinach + cream cheese and you can add some eggs on it to make it look more presentable. The healthy benefits of this Smoked Salmon Breakfast Frittata are, it is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, potassium, AND B vitamins. You just need to preheat oven to 350ºF and put it all together in a pan, then you’re breakfast is already ready!

 

2. Next is we have healthy summer salads

For this Avocado Tuna recipe, we need Canned tuna, Avocado, Red Onion, Cilantro, and Lime Vinaigrette. You just need to mix everything in a bowl. You can also add some Greek yogurt, chives, and lemon juice. This tuna salad will last 2-5 days when refrigerated. This tuna salad is gluten-free, paleo, and keto because it’s high in both healthy fats and protein and lower in carbohydrates.

 

3. Third on the list is we have healthy summer drinks

For this homemade strawberry basil lemonade recipe, all you need to do is to boil honey and water, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes and stir it consistently, next is place the whole strawberries and water into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Place fresh basil in a glass, and add 2 tablespoons of water and squeeze lemons then, stir in the chilled honey simple syrup and combine until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. To make this recipe more delicious, you can refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.

 

4. Last but definitely not the least is healthy summer snacks

For crunchy no-bake peanut butter balls recipe, we will be needing 6 Cups Chex Cereal, 1 cup all-natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons honey, 1/4 cup brown rice syrup. You can also add up 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon coconut oil.  This is so easy to prepare, all you need to do is Crunch up Chex into tiny pieces then mix peanut butter, honey and brown rice syrup, Combine peanut butter mixture with crunched up Chex, Roll mixture into small balls with your hands and Freeze balls for 10-20 minutes. Then, ENJOY!!!
